 Greython Construction is proud to announce they have been selected to act as Construction Manager for the Marigot Bay Resort and Marina renovation project in St. Lucia. The Marigot Bay project will expand Greython’s presence in the Caribbean market – and St Lucia specifically – as this project will run concurrently with Greython Commercial Contractors in Los Angeles in large-scale expansion and renovation at Viceroy Sugar Beach. The Marigot Bay multi-phased project will include extensive exterior structural repairs and replacements, interior guest room and amenity space upgrades, as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure improvements. The project will be constructed on a fast-track schedule while the resort remains fully operational.
